Questions
Do I need to install anything in the car?
No. Drivers and instructors use the CMFleet app on their phone. GPS and odometer photos come from the phone.
How are a student's hours counted?
From the GPS trip of each finished class: total time, night time and miles. Nobody types the hours in.
What counts as a vehicle?
Each active vehicle in your fleet. Driving school plans include 3 cars in the base and charge each extra car; archived vehicles are not billed, and the next invoice follows your current count.
What is a branch?
A location of your school. Starter includes 1 and Growth 2; you can add a few more for a monthly fee, and Enterprise includes unlimited branches.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and you manage them from Settings > Billing.
